Hello,My name is Sabrina Brush. I am a 4th grader at High Point Elementary in Gahanna, Ohio. I have been a competitive figure skater for 3 years. On the ice I can just let me be me. The ice carries me away no matter what the rest of my day is like. Skating is my happiness and my comfort. This was really true last September when my best friends' mom died from breast cancer. Lori Garrabrant proved to me that life is meant to be lived every moment and that dreams should not be put off. Being part of Skate For Hope lets me honor Lori in the most special way I can. But it's more than that. I never want another mom, sister, aunt,grandmother or friend to not reach their dreams because of breast cancer. This means so very much to me. With your support I will make a difference.
